In this class, you will learn the basic fundamentals of covering cake with fondant and stacking the cakes. Using real cake, you will learn how to layer cakes with icing, cover the cake with chocolate ganache and finish off with a smooth fondant cover. You will then learn how to stack the fondant covered cakes. We will also share with you tips on how to handle fondant in humid weather and how to place sugar flower arrangement on the cakes.
*You are encouraged to bring your own sugar flowers or any other form of decorations.

Note: You will need to bring your own cakes. Everything else will be provided for you in class, from the rolling pin and the tools needed to ice and stack the cakes. Lunch and refreshments will be served.
