In this class, you will learn how create our signature 1 Tier ruffle cake. We will teach you how to create layers of delicate and thin ruffles for that dreamy cake and tips on how to create different designs with it to suit different occasions. We will be using a dummy fondant cake which will be provided in class.

Note: Class teaches how to make the ruffle cake ONLY and not the flowers in the image. Everything will be provided for you in class, including the tools necessary. Lunch and refreshments will be served.
